ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Manage the programs and operations for Coordinate office operations for Project Look Sharp, the College’s media literacy initiative. Work in collaboration with the Directors to develop, schedule, plan, and coordinate Project Look Sharp’s outreach work, speaking engagements, professional development activities, media literacy activities, and occasional special events. Coordinate program budgets, contracts, budget reports, track billings, and expenditures. Serve as a primary resource and liaison to students, staff, faculty and participating public school professionals. Develop and maintain documentation of process and procedures, and manage the project’s curriculum materials. Maintain the project’s externally hosted website. Serve as managing editor for correspondence, reports, social media and other documents. Manage various digital and hard copy files and records. Oversee student workers, and support the media literacy minor.
